The Kingpin continues to destroy Matt Murdock’s chances of winning the court case of Simon Slugansky. Legal and Tombstone are set to stopping the man without fear in his place before the trial proceeds to higher judicial authorities. Tombstone finds Matt and fights him with the intention to kill. Matt manages to defend himself and send the killer back into the streets in the aftermath he kept his hero identity a secret.
Alec Morgan creates a foundation of imagery that accompanies style and emotion. The lines and colors create a complex picture in the world of Daredevil. The art presents a sense of mystery as an example of a noir style comic. The colors shape the mood of the scenes brushed over tones of purple, blue, and pink in the background.
Matt Murdock manages to recruit Foggy Nelson to tackle the court case after suffering from a heavy loss from Legal against the counsel of judges. The two must prepare for the biggest trial of their lives for the court case will lead to the Supreme Court.
