King Arthur achieves more mystic might as he pulls the Sword from the Stone unleashing chaotic energy. Elaine reveals the next phase of her plan. For her son Galahad to seek out and retrieve the Holy Grail.
The world comes to life through the specific eyes of artists Dan Mora and Tamra Bonvillain. These two creators work in full focus delivering a fantastic comic book. Dan has sharp line work crafting the shape and scale of each character and creature to come forth on the page. He uses a quick hand in delivering a straight forward image that stands on its own in drawing attention. Each line has its purpose in building movement or emotion for the characters as they interact with a solid background.
Tamra glosses up the image with beautiful finesse with fades and bold colors. The pigments in favor reside with hints of pink, blue, red, and green. All create a mood full of danger and mysticism while continuing to expand the immediate action.
Therefore, the reader will keep flipping through pages to keep up with the action and story across every panel. Blue is the strongest color to come forth within the issue keeping the cool chill of night. The light source is still present as shadows range in pigment amongst the skin and surroundings in the dark.
What will our heroes face next in this unforgiving realm of fantasy and death? Will King Arthur take over the world? Will Galahad find the Holy Grail? Continue to journey across the cursed lands as the King’s evil will consume all.
